South Park Golf Club,
WELCOME TO THE
SOUTH PARK GOLF CLUB
The members of the South Park Golf Club invite you to review our website and find out what it is that has made South Park one of the more popular men's golf clubs in Buffalo, New York for over 80 years. Our members compete in weekly and monthly tournaments on the South Park Golf Course located in South Buffalo.
The South Park Golf Club, or "SP" as its affectionately known, is a member club of the USGA, the BDGA, and the
WNYPLGA. As a member club of each of these organizations all of our members are entitled to play in any tournament or event held by these organizations. While the Club has had its share of worthy champions, including past Buffalo District and WNY Public Links Golf Association Champions, most of our members just enjoy the game of golf and the friendship of our fellow members.
As you will see, the South Park Golf Club is a great place to enjoy the outdoors and one of the most economical golfing bargains in all of Western New York. New members are always welcome, and we invite you to join our Club.
Please click on any of the links to the left to find out more about SP.
2015 is the 100th Anniversary of the South Park Golf Course
In 1915, the City of Buffalo opened up its second golf course with the opening of the South Park Golf Course in So. Buffalo. While holes have been lengthened, and different tees were used back then, in general, the course remains the same today as it did in 2015. The South Park Golf Club, in conjunction with the Olmsted Parks System, will be hosting an event this year commemorate the 100th anniversary. Stay tuned for more information!
