Jun 13, 2005 - The Democratic candidate for Erie County Comptroller says he has a plan that would prevent any future financial fallout from the current budget crisis.

Mark Poloncarz says county government needs a complete overhaul and he says that cutbacks alone won't solve anything.

Poloncarz held a morning news conference at the county's new public safety campus Monday. He says if he's elected he would propose public reviews of the budget process.
