(Buffalo, NY, June 13, 2005) - - The endorsed Democratic candidate for Erie County comptroller has ideas that he says will get the county back on its feet.
Mark Poloncarz talked about his 10 point plan in front of the county's unfinished public safety building in downtown Buffalo, a building he says stands as a monument to inefficiency.
Poloncarz is calling for frequent reports to taxpayers, increased audits and performance and management reviews of all county government departments.
Poloncarz is being challenged by former Buffalo city comptroller Robert Whelan who's been endorsed by the Conservative party.
