The Erie County Comptroller says changes must be made to the parks deal with the City of Buffalo.

Two years ago, County Executive Joel Giambra said running city parks wouldn't cost a penny.

But, a new audit claims taxpayers are spending more than a million dollars a year to run the City of Buffalo parks.
