Cell Phones - Say What?

Erie County's Comptroller conducted an audit of wireless devices in county government. It turns out former employees have been using cell phones. County taxpayers are paying the bill.

Comptroller Mark Poloncarz says at least two of the former employees were laid off in March 2005.

The audit also revealed many of the county workers were downloading ringtones and games and making personal long distance calls.
