BUFFALO, N.Y - In a letter received this past weekend, Erie County Comptroller candidate Mark Poloncarz was endorsed by the United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) Region 9 WNY Community Action Program (CAP) Council.
