CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. - Erie County Comptroller candidate Mark Poloncarz has received the unanimous endorsement of the Lackawanna Democratic Committee. The decision was made at a meeting of its executive committee in June.

"It is a great honor to receive the endorsement of the democratic committee of my hometown of Lackawanna" said Poloncarz. "I assured the committee that I will be a truly independent advocate for the people of Lackawanna and all of Erie County. Through my ten point action agenda I will restore integrity and accountability to County Hall and fiscal discipline to Erie County."
